What Signet does

Signet turns your headshot, logo and details into an animated email signature, keeps it displaying in the emails you send, and can install it into Gmail with one click (or give you a copy to paste anywhere).

Free to design, paid to use

Designing and previewing signatures is free. Copying, downloading and the one-click Gmail install require an active plan (currently $29 / year), billed yearly through Stripe. Nothing is charged until you check out.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from My signatures → Manage billing (Stripe customer portal). When your billing period ends you can no longer copy, download or install signatures, and your signatures stop displaying their images, including in emails you have already sent. Until then everything keeps working, even after you cancel. If you reactivate, your signatures come back exactly as they were. Deleting a signature removes it from emails you have already sent, immediately.

Refunds

Try everything free first. Designing and previewing your signature — light mode, dark mode, every layout and animation — is free and requires no account. You only pay when you're happy with what you see.

All sales are final. Because you can fully design and preview your signature before buying, purchases are not refundable once your plan is active and your signature is published. This includes renewal payments.

Cancel anytime. Cancelling stops all future charges, and your signature keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for (see Cancelling, above). We email you before your plan renews, so you'll always have time to cancel first.

We'll make it work. Every plan includes a step-by-step installation and removal guide for every supported email app. If something isn't working, email support@signet.email — fixing it is our job, and we're fast.

We may issue refunds in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion; a discretionary refund un-publishes the signature and its hosted images. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law. If a charge ever looks wrong, contact us before disputing it with your bank — we resolve billing issues quickly.

Your content

You keep full ownership of everything you upload. By using Signet you give us a limited licence to store, process and display what you upload as part of your signature, and nothing more. Don't upload images you don't have the right to use, and don't use Signet for spam, phishing, or anything unlawful.

Gmail install

The one-click install writes the signature into your Gmail settings on your account's primary address (Google doesn't let third-party apps update send-as aliases — for those, copy and paste instead). You can remove the signature any time in Gmail's own settings, and revoke our access as described in the Privacy Policy.

Fair use

We may limit how often signatures can be generated, to keep Signet fast for everyone. Accounts used abusively may be limited or closed.

No warranties

Signet is provided as-is. We aim for signatures that render consistently across mail clients, but we can't guarantee how every client displays them, and we're not liable for email rendering quirks, delivery issues, or downtime. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
